“Believe To Live”
If you want to experience freedom in every area in your life believe in him (Jesus) to live.
As we are celebrating the resurrection week of Jesus Christ. We all know that for our sins Jesus died on the cross, was buried and on the third day, he rose again from the dead. And now he is alive forever.
“Hallelujah”!
Jesus not only rose from dead, but he also gives us victory on death. He set us free from all bondages which we were carrying due to our sins. “Hallelujah”!
He broke the invisible wall between Heaven and Earth. By resurrecting, he took all authority and rights from Satan, which were given by 1st Adam to the Satan when he sinned. Wow!
Today I want you to focus on the Bible verse John 11:25.
“Jesus said unto her, (Martha) I am The Resurrection and The Life: he that believeth in me (Jesus) though he
were dead, yet shall he live:”
In about this verse three thing we need to understand that is as –
1) Faith :
We need to Believe Jesus. When we start our spiritual walk, have faith. It gives real meaning to living your life to the fullest.
Everyday we must exercise our faith by reading God’s word.
As the source of faith is God’s word.
Benny Hinn said:
* Faith sees the invisible
*Faith believes the impossible
*Faith does the incredible
When God gives faith, He gives it by his power as is our capacity to receive.
When we receive that measure of faith and increase it by using it, we need His word.
When faith yields fruit through your works, it is maintained by His Presence.
And those who live life in His presence, will not experience death.
Everyday we need to build our faith by reading God’s word i.e “Bible”.
The Bible says in Romans 1 : 16-17
“16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is God’s power for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
17 For the righteousness of God is revealed in the gospel from faith to faith, just as it is written, “The righteous by faith will live.”
It means believe Jesus to give us strong faith.
2) Life :
We all live life but if your life doesn’t have Jesus, it has no meaning.
Every living creature needs oxygen to live. Without oxygen we cannot live.
Having Jesus is like having life giving oxygen.
we can describes life into four categories as: –
i) Human Life
ii) Animal Life
iii) Plant Life
iv) Spiritual Life (comes by faith and connecting to God)
Above categories of life, Spiritual Life is more important for human life.
Only human life can experience the spiritual life.
Spiritual life is very important for human beings.
Animals and Plants are alive but have no Souls or Spirit. Only human beings have Souls or Spirits, If human beings do not live spiritual life, then humans are living without any purpose.
Jesus himself lived a spiritual life when he was on Earth as human.
That is why he could overcome human Sin (death) and set us an example that we can also do the same, In Jesus name. We only need to accept Jesus.
Jesus was 100% Man and is 100% Son Of God.
That is why Jesus said I am the resurrection and the life.
In bible verse John 14:6
“6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
If you want to experience true the life which gives by Lord the heavenly father, accept Jesus in your heart.
It means believe him to live good life.
3) Overcome the Death:
In Bible verse Roman 6:23 says us :- KJVLite “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
We all know the wages of sin is death. And to save all mankind from the consequences of sins, God sent Jesus.
Jesus took away all our sins on himself and suffered and went through pain. He shed His blood so that we will be saved.
In Bible verse Isaiah 53:3-5.
3 He was despised and rejected by people, one who experienced pain and was acquainted with illness ; people
hid their faces from him; he was despised, and we considered him insignificant.
4 But he lifted up our illnesses, he carried our pain; even though we thought he was being punished, attacked by God, and afflicted for something he had not done.
5 He was wounded because of our rebellious
deeds, crushed because of our sins; he endured punishment that made us well;
because of his wounds, we have been healed.
That’s the sacrifice made by our Jesus Christ.
He is really Hero of heaven and earth.
Because Jesus died for our sins and victoriously overcame death.
And crushed all power of darkness.
Jesus fulfilled the will of God and God gave him all power on earth and heaven.
Jesus is alive and still he working our midst.
Do you want to experience Resurrection power?
Do you want to experience spiritual life?
Do you want to walk in faith?
Then today is time to accept Jesus as your saviour and say this prayer
“Heavenly Father, thank You for Your love for me, for sending Jesus Christ to die on the cross for all my sins. His precious blood washes me clean. You raised Him from the dead. He’s alive today. And I thank You all my sins are forgiven. I’m righteous by the blood. I’m under God’s favor. And I thank You Father that surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life from this day forth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Bible verse Romans 10:9 teach us
ISV version “If you declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Happy Resurrection Day
